Little Fitness has been awarded a Dublin City Social Enterprise Award in the Health and Wellbeing category for 2026. We were honoured to attend a special awards event at Mansion House in Dublin.

The award was presented by Daryl Barron, Lord Mayor of Dublin, and Jerry Buttimer, Minister of State for Rural and Community Development, alongside the other awardees.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support we have received from the Inner City Enterprise.

This recognition means a great deal to the Little Fitness team, particularly because it will help us continue developing and enhancing what we offer to families living in emergency accommodation in Ireland.

The funding and support associated with this award will help us build on that work and improve our offering, allowing us to reach and support more children and families.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Dublin City Council and Inner City Enterprise, our supporters and everyone who has helped Little Fitness along the way.

We’d also like to congratulate all of the awardees. It was wonderful to celebrate alongside so many organisations and individuals doing great work across Dublin and Ireland.

We’re proud of this recognition and excited about what comes next for Little Fitness.
